Mediterranean on the Mosel
The Mosel River has been winding its way through the landscape between Trier and Koblenz for hundreds of years. Many centuries ago, the Romans dominated the area. They brought with them vines and the art of making wine, and so they laid the foundation for a green belt of vineyards and picturesque wine-growing villages that appear after each bend in the river.
The superb landscape, wild nature, rich history and culture of the Mosel region form the source of inspiration for the landscape design and housing architecture of this park. The houses blend in with the hilly landscape. By working with split-levels, we allow the houses, which embrace modern, contemporary Mosel architecture, to follow the lines of the natural landscape.
